Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Yentice collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.

The short version

Information the tool processes

When you enter letters and filters, your browser runs the search on your own device. We do not receive, store, or log what you type.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, your browser opens an email draft in your own email app. We receive your name, email address, and message only if you send that email. We use it to answer you, to fix problems, and to improve the site. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the service running.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site does not set cookies and does not use local storage for tracking. See our Cookies Policy.

Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process email messages based on our legitimate interest in responding to you and running the site. If we ever rely on consent, we will ask for it first.

How long we keep information

We keep emails only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal duties. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policies.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may use service providers, such as hosting and email, who handle data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Third-party websites we link to have their own privacy policies.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Residents of California and some other US states have similar rights, including the right to know and delete. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email hello@yentice.online or use the contact page.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and uses security headers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the little data we handle.

Children’s privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Future advertising or analytics

If we add advertising or analytics later, we will update this policy and our Cookies Policy before they go live. Where required, we will ask for your consent and explain your choices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
