What to write about

These are the topics I can help with.

• A missing or wrong word. Send me the word and tell me what your game said.
• A bug. Include your device, your browser, and the letters you entered.
• A correction. If a rule, score, or tile count looks wrong, send me the page address.
• A privacy request. The privacy policy explains your rights.
• A business question. Use the same form and say so at the top of your message.

What happens next

I use your email address only to reply, and I never add it to a mailing list. I answer as soon as I can, and confirmed errors go to the front of the line. Please leave out passwords and private details.
